Fusion Flow Yoga with Dene

In a peaceful candlelit setting, this practice will revitalize your body, relax your mind, increase your energy and reduce stress. Simple movements will increase the range of motion of the major joints and improve flexibility. Tune into your body’s own rhythm to feel present, blissful, and energized. Dene will build your flow sequence from one posture to the next, one breath to the next. Each class ends in a peaceful shavasana, bathed in candlelight and enveloped in meditative sounds.
This class is a bit more challenging, however all levels of skill are welcome. Moderate Intermediate level class.
Flow yoga encompasses many different styles. Yoga instructors have the discretion to arrange the progression of poses in their own ways. A sun salutation sequence is a lovely example of the flow of movement connected through the flow of breath.
About the Instructor:Dene’ has been practicing several forms of yoga since 2007. As a way to deepen her practice she took Buffalo’s East Meets West teaching training program and completed her 200-hour yoga teacher certification. Dene’ is known to have a natural calm peaceful mind and through teaching yoga she hopes to do the same for others. Dene’ believes that yoga and other forms of movement with the body will help you to live a long, happy and healthy life.
