Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath

Winter teaches us to slow down, embrace stillness, and rejoice in the healing solace of hibernation. In this specially designed class, the practices of Restorative Yoga and Sound will align us more closely to the spirit of the season. Restorative yoga draws upon the healing force of deep relaxation using gentle and supported yoga postures. While you rest and relax, you will receive the healing vibration of sound, with an alchemy of singing bowls, chimes, and rattles. The sounds, created with focused intention, are profoundly healing for the human body, mind, and spirit.
