Elizabeth Coffey has been practicing for nearly half her life and has studied with numerous instructors of varying styles around the country. Although her personal practice is Ashtanga Yoga, she received her RYT certification from Kripalu in 2009, and teaches classes with Ashtanga, Anusara and Kripalu influences. Since Elizabeth began teaching, she has attended various training and workshops focusing on the therapeutic benefits of yoga through movement and breath. In addition to teaching yoga, she is a Biology teacher at Buffalo Seminary.
