Kelly began her journey with the beHealthy Institute 6 years ago on a quest for learning, experiencing and maintaining optimal health for her and her family. Growing up in Western New York for the majority of her life, she remains deeply rooted to her family and community. A lover of plants, animals, and nature, she resides in a rural area with her husband, two children, a dog, two cats, and her ten hens. Other hobbies include sewing, decorating, reading and hiking.
